AIA expands wealth services for HNW segment with Alta Prestige centre
The firm targets ultra-wealthy with a new advisory centre.
AIA Hong Kong opens the AIA Alta Prestige Wealth Centre at AIA Central to serve high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth customers through advisory services for wealth, health, and legacy planning.
The centre replaces the former wealth management office in Causeway Bay, with the new location in the financial district providing access to private banks, professional firms, and international institutions, according to a press release.
Services at the centre cover trust, legacy, tax, legal, and family office matters, with the company’s team and international partners managing these services in a private setting.
Alice Liang, Chief Proposition and Healthcare Officer of AIA Hong Kong and Macau, cited growth potential in the high-net-worth segment.
Liang said customers seek coordinated wealth and legacy advisory from long-term partners.
The centre’s design follows ESG-informed principles, with construction materials including reclaimed ocean fragments, glass, metal, and wood.
The space features a History Wall showcasing the company’s operations in Asia and offers views of Victoria Harbour, the press release added.
The AIA Group owns the AIA Central building. The AIA Alta brand includes wealth and health pillars and the AIA Alta Club.
