Alix is the Community Investment Manager at Community Business, responsible for supporting member businesses in improving their social impact and corporate responsibility agendas. Her background was with Deloitte management consultancy focusing on the people aspects of business change. Alix moved to Hong Kong four years ago to join ANZ. In her last role, Alix worked at Baker & McKenzie implementing Legal Project Management, where she furthered her interest in CSR and first met the Community Business team.

Allen Qu

Allen Qu is the founder and CEO of Netconcepts China, a leading search marketing and digital marketing service provider in China. He is also the Special Professor of online marketing for Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Special Adviser for Baidu College. Allen has provided analysis, consultation and implementation of online marketing strategies for world’s leading companies in greater China, US, Australia, New Zealand and Japan markets.

Amanda Yik

Amanda Yik is Senior Project Manager since 2011 at Community Business, managing a range of researches and initiatives on Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and Work-Life Balance (WLB). Prior to joining the team, Amanda has been a dispute resolution lawyer in international law firms for 9 years.

Andrew Lau

Andrew Lau has over 20 years’ experience in driving Environmental Social Governance (ESG) and Sustainability leadership for multi-national corporations and investors in Asia. He has managed carbon reduction and sustainability programmes for corporate clients and investors across Asia, including Greater China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines and Malaysia.

In his role, Andrew leads a professional team in providing ESG advisory including REITs, occupiers, developers, banks and investors across all asset types. Andrew has advised or managed green projects such as major air-conditioning system retrofit, lighting upgrade and redesign, renewable energy system, green roof, building automation and control system. Andrew also works closely with Universities R&D and technology startups in PropTech applications.

Andrew Sampson

Andrew Sampson is Hitachi Data Systems’ general manager, Hong Kong and Macau, and director of managed and cloud services, Asia Pacific. A veteran of the local Information Technology and Telecommunications industries in Hong Kong, Andrew has held various sales, marketing and general management roles during his over 15-year stint in the territory.

Andrew Sennett

Andrew Sennett is currently working in Hong Kong as a Princeton in Asia Fellow and is set to move into investment banking with Robert W. Baird later this year. He has an avid interest in social finance and entrepreneurship, especially having to do with social impact bonds.
 

Angelina Chen

Angelina Chen is the Senior Director of CIRCA’s New York & Hong Kong offices and has held this position since October, 2012. Prior to this, she was Director of CIRCA New York. Angelina has worked at CIRCA for over a decade and has over 20 years of experience working in the jewelry buying industry.
