Angelina Chen is the Senior Director of CIRCA’s New York & Hong Kong offices and has held this position since October, 2012. Prior to this, she was Director of CIRCA New York. Angelina has worked at CIRCA for over a decade and has over 20 years of experience working in the jewelry buying industry.
