Andrew Lau

Andrew Lau has over 20 years’ experience in driving Environmental Social Governance (ESG) and Sustainability leadership for multi-national corporations and investors in Asia. He has managed carbon reduction and sustainability programmes for corporate clients and investors across Asia, including Greater China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines and Malaysia.

In his role, Andrew leads a professional team in providing ESG advisory including REITs, occupiers, developers, banks and investors across all asset types. Andrew has advised or managed green projects such as major air-conditioning system retrofit, lighting upgrade and redesign, renewable energy system, green roof, building automation and control system. Andrew also works closely with Universities R&D and technology startups in PropTech applications.
