Country Garden achieved a $3.70b (RMB 3.41b) contracted sales attributable to shareholders in July, with a gross floor area (gfa) attributable to the shareholders of 0.38 million sq m.
However, the company clarified that this information should not be taken as a measure or indication of the company’s current or future operating or financial performance.
Since 2 April, trading of the company’s shares has been suspended and shall remain suspended until further notice.
