Colliers International has been appointed by order of the owner as the joint sole agent to offer Wai Yuen Tong Medicine Building (the Property) in Kowloon Bay for sale by public tender. The tender will close at 3:00pm, 8 June 2011.
The Property is an en-bloc industrial building located at 9 Wang Kwong Road in Kowloon Bay. It comprises a total gross floor area of 126,677 sq ft, including G/F, UG/F and 1/F to 5/F.
“The Property benefits from the secure rental income by the long period of tenancy agreement of Wai Yuen Tong, a well-known brand in the Chinese medicine industry and a household brand in Hong Kong,” said Eddie Fu from Investment Services at Colliers International Hong Kong.
In addition, the prime location is another highlight of the Property, according to a Colliers International report.
“Located in Kowloon Bay, a fast developing district with many new-built office and retail elements, the Property is no longer in an old industrial area, but rather an upcoming district with various amenities nearby and convenient transportation.
