A waterfront hotel with full Victoria Harbour view, located at No. 218 Gloucester Road, between Causeway Bay and Wan Chai, is for sale on an “as-is” basis with vacant possession, said its sole agent CBRE.

The 30-storey building with a total gross area of 36,783 sq. ft., excluding 4/F, 14/F, and 24/F, has 55 rooms with some featuring 4.8-meter-high ceilings.

The hotel has three rooms per floor spanning from 5/F to the 28/F, with standard floor plates ranging 1,370 sq. ft. to 1,410 sq. ft..

The ground floor of the building is currently leased to a food operator, while the top two floors are designated for office use.

Completed in March 2010, the hotel holds a valid licence featuring column-free floor plates.

It’s also served by bus routes along Gloucester Road and walking distance to MTR stations like Exhibition Centre, Wan Chai, and Causeway Bay.
