Siu Lun Shopping Centre, retail units at Park Lane Shopper's Boulevard up for sale

The assets will be sold via an expression of interest exercise.

Colliers has been appointed to sell Siu Lun Shopping Centre in Tuen Mun and retail units at Park Lane Shopper's Boulevard in Tsim Sha Tsui via an expression of interest exercise (EOI) which will close on 7 September, noon.

Siu Lun Shopping Centre has a total gross floor area (GFA) of 45,914 sq ft, which tenants include a supermarket and restaurant chains.

The shopping centre "generates considerable rental income backed by the spending power of neighbourhood customers, presenting a lucrative opportunity for investors," said Colliers.

Meanwhile, the retail units at Park Lane Shopper's Boulevard which will be sold are shop number 29-30 located on the ground floor and shop number 15 on the first floor of Section D.  

"Park Lane Shopper's Boulevard in Tsim Sha Tsui, [is] a traditional prime area for retail, which the industry has seen a swift rebound since the border with mainland China fully reopened and Hong Kong started to make its way out of the COVID-19 blues," Colliers commented.
