CBRE has launched for sale Nos. 13-15 San On Street in Tuen Mun, New Territories. It will be sold on an “as-is” basis with existing tenancies.

“The property has significant redevelopment potential up to 228,000 sq. ft., subject to approval from the Town Planning Board,” CBRE said.

The property sits on two industrial lots with a total site area of approximately 20,000 sq ft. Currently, it has two buildings with a total gross floor area of 88,154 sq ft.

The buildings are partially leased by a few tenants, including logistics companies and a car repair shop.

According to CBRE, the property allows developers, end-users, and investors to acquire a “rarely sizable industrial redevelopment site in the Northern Metropolis.”
