Non-industrial site in Kwun Tong sold for $296m

It was awarded to Topco (H.K.).

The Lands Department said the non-industrial site along Anderson Road in Hong Kong was sold on a 50-year land grant for a premium of $296m.

In a statement, the government said the property with a site area of around 5,330 square metres (sqm) was awarded to Topco (H.K.) under Sun Hung Kai Properties through tender.

The property was designated for non-industrial purposes, “excluding its use as a residential site, office, hotel, godown or petrol filling station.”

It has a minimum gross floor area of 6,148 sqm and a maximum of 10,246 sqm.
