
Lands Department issues 1 pre-sale consent in May
Approval of 24 applications for pre-sale consent for uncompleted residential units and 2 applications for uncompleted commercial developments are still pending.
The Lands Department issued one pre-sale consent for a commercial development in May.
As at the end of the month, 24 applications for pre-sale consent for uncompleted residential units and two applications for pre-sale consent for uncompleted commercial developments were pending approval.
The 24 applications for pre-sale consent for uncompleted residential units being processed involve 10,354 units. Among them, three developments involving 97 units are expected to be completed later this year, while 15 developments involving 6,102 units are due for completion in 2012, and five developments involving 4,106 units will be completed in 2013.
For the remaining development, involving 49 units, the developer is to confirm the estimated completion date.
Two applications for consent to assign involving 2,784 residential units and one application for consent to assign for commercial development are being processed.
