Kum Lam Building up for sale via expression of interest 

The property’s estimated worth is $230m.

Kum Lam building at 98-104 Reclamation Street, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon, is up for sale via an Expression of Interest (EOI) exercise.

The property will be sold on an “as-is” basis with vacant possession and partial existing tenancies. The deadline is set for 12 pm, 9 May.

CBRE, the property’s sole marketing agent, said the property’s estimated worth is  $230m or $9,891 per sq. ft. 

The 17-storey building has a total gross floor area of 23,254 sq. ft., whilst its site area measures 2,643 sq. ft.

The building’s ground to third floors are used for shops, whilst its fourth to 15th floors are for residential use.
