JLL sets opening bid prices for 3 commercial floors at Harbourfront Landmark 

Bidding starts at $163m and $487m for the 3/F and 5/F & 6/F, respectively.

Bid prices for the three commercial floors, 3/F, 5/F and 6F, at Harbourfront Landmark in Hung Hom set for auction have been set.

The 3/F's opening bid price is $163m, whilst bidding for the 5/F and 6/F starts at $487m.

JLL will hold the public auction for the properties at 11:00 am on 27 March, Wednesday at its office, 7/F One Island East, 979 King's Road, Quarry Bay.

The third floor has a gross floor area of 18,520 sq ft, whereas the fifth and sixth floors comprise a total gross floor area of 55,300 sq ft and are connected via an internal staircase.

JLL is selling the properties on an "as-is" basis, subject to existing tenancies and/or licences, if any.

The third floor is subject to a tenancy, whilst the fifth and sixth floors remain vacant.
