Central Crossing tops out as first URA Grade A heritage office
The 433,000-square-foot mixed-use project is expected to finish mid-2026.
Wing Tai Properties and CSI Properties have topped out Central Crossing, a 433,000-square-foot ft mixed-use development at 118 Wellington Street, with completion targeted for mid-2026.
The project comprises a 28-storey Grade A office tower with 10,600 square feet of floor plates, Andaz Hong Kong Central—a 125-room hotel opening in 2027—and a retail village.
As the first Grade A office on a heritage site under Urban Renewal Authority projects, Central Crossing features 15,000 square feet of public space, 7,000 square feet of greenery, a 15-metre-wide ventilation corridor, and a system recycling cooling-tower water for toilets.
The development holds BEAM Plus New Building v2.0 Provisional Platinum, with the office pre-certified LEED v4 Platinum and the hotel LEED Gold.
