The Executive Centre opens upgraded workspace at One IFC

The Executive Centre has opened a second floor at One International Finance Centre, expanding its presence with a workspace designed for financial professionals seeking flexible offices with premium finishes.
The level 9 centre, opened in October 2025, features a lounge overlooking Victoria Harbour with interiors inspired by wave patterns and the city skyline.
“Beyond design, we focus on functionality and how clients use the space,” Jennifer So, city head of Hong Kong at The Executive Centre, told Hong Kong Business.
She said the lounge could be used for informal meetings and day-to-day work, and could be converted into an event space with movable furniture and a large LED wall.

The centre includes a barista counter and grab-and-go station, serving breakfast in the morning and light refreshments in the afternoon. It also introduces the group’s first Titan Lounge, a space aimed at more informal client discussions.
“We wanted it to have a VIP, luxurious feel, whilst also being more informal,” So said via Zoom. “It’s a space where you can sit on a sofa and sign a deal.”

Formal meeting rooms are fitted with video conferencing systems and soundproofing, whilst phone booths support private calls.
Small office units for solo professionals have been upgraded with wooden finishes, larger desks, and whiteboards, aimed at users seeking a registered business address.
The centre also includes wellness features such as sit-stand desks, massage chair areas, and mothers’ rooms.

“We also provide Herman Miller chairs, which are known for their ergonomics, as they can be adjusted to suit your body and the way you work,” So said.
The level 9 centre reached about 80% occupancy within six months, with most tenants from the financial sector.
The Executive Centre offers serviced office rentals where firms lease furnished units on monthly terms, typically for about a year.
The space is also used for customised events, including product launches, art exhibitions, and fashion shows.
