West Kowloon site up for sale

The public tender will open on 20 September.

A West Kowloon site at the junction of Lin Cheung Road and Austin Road West is up for sale by public tender starting 20 September, the Lands Department announced.

Kowloon Inland Lot No. 11262m which is included in the 2019-20 Land Sale Programme, has a site area of about 643,100 sqft (59,746 sqm) and is designated for non-industrial (excluding residential, godown and petrol filling station but including hotel) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are approximately 1.89 million sqft (176,400 sqm) and 3.16 million sqft (294,000 sqm), respectively.

The sale plans will be available for distribution and inspection by the public from 20 September, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted, said the Lands Department.

The tender will close on 22 November.
