In a report, , the Lands Department announced today that tenders for a hotel site and a residential site have been awarded on 50-year land grant at a total premium of $4.142 billion.

The hotel site is Inland Lot No.9020 on North Point Estate Lane and Shu Kuk Street, North Point, and was awarded to Long Kinetic for $2.722 billion.

It has a site area of 5,369 square metres and is designated for hotel purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 21,600 and 36,000 sq m.

The residential site, Sha Tin Town Lot No.566 in Area 56A, Kau To, Sha Tin, was awarded to Charmford Holdings for $1.42 billion.

It has a site area of 8,080 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and the maximum gross floor areas are 7,272 and 12,120 sq m.
