Lands Department issues 8 pre-sale consents in Q2

The pre-sale consent for residential developments could yield 3,861 units.

The Lands Department issued a total of eight pre-sale consents in Q2 with seven for residential developments and one for a commercial development, according to a government release.

The residential developments involve 3,861 units.

One development in Sha Tin and Yuen Long comprising a total of 656 units are due for completion next year, the Lands Department said in a statement.

Similarly, developments in Shau Kei Wan, Tai Po and Tuen Mun, comprising a total of 3,205 units, are due for completion in 2020.
