Grade A office supply to reach 5.25m sq ft in 2014: study

That’s roughly an annual increase of 1.3m sq ft from 2011.

A report on Reuters said, “Hong Kong's Grade A office supply is forecast to rise to about 5.25 million square feet in 2014, an increase about 1.3 million sq ft per year from 2011, according to a study commissioned by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.”

It was noted however that the said figure represents a substantial decline from annual growth of 1.9m sq ft between 1995 and 2011.
