Former Legislative Council's office up for bid
Tender closes on April 5.
In a report, the Government Property Agency today invited tenders for the purchase of a Financial Secretary Incorporated property at Citibank Tower.
The property, at No. 3 Garden Road, includes part of the 3/F, the whole of 4/F, 5/F and 6/F, and was originally the Legislative Council Secretariat’s office. The parcel has a gross floor area of about 6,161 square metres. It will be sold with vacant possession to provide Grade A office space in Central for commercial use.
Tenders should be placed in the tender box at G/F, East Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar before noon on April 5.
