5 shops at Kwun Tong up for grabs

Bids are invited before May 7.

According to report, the Government Property Agency is inviting tenders and bids for three-year tenancies of five shops at Kwun Tong Shun Lee Disciplined Services Quarters, and a government property on the ground floor of 1 Greig Road, Quarry Bay.

The tender notices were gazetted today.

The approximate areas of the Kwun Tong shops range from 20 to 52 squatre metres. Their permitted uses include beauty parlour, clinic and retail.

The Quarry Bay property is for educational institution, exhibition or convention hall, religious institution, research, design and development centre, school, training centre, or a combination of these uses only.

Interested bidders who wish to inspect the Kwun Tong sites must make an appointment by calling 2594 7654 on or before May 7. Those who wish to inspect the Quarry Bay site should call 2594 7697 by May 6.

Bidders for Kwun Tong shops must submit their tenders to Government Logistics Department Tender Box at North Point Government Offices before noon on May 14, while tenders for the Quarry Bay property must be submitted before noon on May 15.
