The Lands Department registered a total of 17 land transactions in Q1 for a total land premium of $5.68b, according to a government release.
Of the transactions, 13 were for lease modifications and four were land exchanges in the Land Registry. Seven were technical changes involving nil premium.
In terms of location, seven transactions were on Hong Kong Island, three in Kowloon and seven in the New Territories.
There were no private treaty grants registered during the period.
