IWG plants 6 centres in HK as Grade A flex demand fills CBD void

The Central – 8 Wyndham Street Regus centre marks its return to Central's CBD.

The International Workplace Group (IWG) has added six new centres in Hong Kong's commercial districts, including a China Hong Kong City location in partnership with Sino Group.

The additions comprise three Regus centres at China Hong Kong City and three HQ centres at Hysan Avenue, Pioneer Centre, and Sunbeam Centre.

Amongst them, the Tsim Sha Tsui – China Hong Kong City Regus centre has agreed with Sino Group to provide over 7,000 square feet of office space.

Meanwhile, the Central – 8 Wyndham Street Regus centre marks IWG's return to Central's core business district, spanning more than 14,000 square feet across four floors of Grade A office space.

The Kowloon Bay – Sunbeam Centre HQ centre is expected to commence operations in May, occupying an entire floor and is IWG's fourth location in East Kowloon.
