
Henderson Land secures record office lease in Central with Jane Street
Jane Street leased over 223,000 square feet of New Central Harbourfront Site 3 Phase 1.
Henderson Land Development Company Limited (Henderson Land) struck the largest single office leasing deal in the central business district in decades, leasing more than 223,000 sq. ft. to Jane Street.
Jane Street, a quantitative trading firm and liquidity provider, will occupy more than 70% of Phase 1 of Henderson Land’s New Central Harbourfront Site 3 Project.
The handover is expected to be in early 2027.
Spanning 400 metres, the New Central Harbourfront offers more than 1.6 million sq. ft. of gross floor area, with 700,000 sq. ft. allocated to office and ancillary use, 900,000 sq. ft. to retail, and the first Broadway-level theatre in Central.
The project also features 300,000 sq. ft. of green space, including a rooftop garden.
Phase 1 of the project is scheduled for completion in Q4 2026, with Phase 2 to follow in 2032.
