Colliers is sole agency role to sell Jupiter Tower in North Point

Colliers has been appointed as the sole agent to sell the en-bloc building Jupiter Tower at 9 Jupiter Street in North Point, Hong Kong.

“Jupiter Tower is a 27-storey commercial building with a total commercial floor area of ​​approximately 71,938 sq. ft. (information provided by the seller, not verified) and an average floor area ranging from 2,589 to 2,972 sq. ft.,” said Thomas Chak, head of Capital Markets & Investment Services.

In addition, the underground floor area spans about 2,709 sq. ft., with two shops leased to a Western restaurant and a creative cuisine restaurant. The property is also a 4-minute walk from the Fortress Hill Station.

Several redevelopment projects in North Point and Tin Hau have also emerged.

This includes a residential project at No. 101 King’s Road, developed by Wang On Group, which will offer a total of about 250 units in the future, and the large-scale mixed-use redevelopment project “Hong Kong’s State Theatre in North Point” which will be carried out with versatile potential uses including residential, retail, and office space.
