$100m Fanling building offers Mainland firms new international hub

A six-storey industrial building located at 33 On Lok Mun Street, On Lok Tsuen, Fanling, has been launched for sale on an en bloc basis with a price indication of $100m.

Positioned on a corner site in the northeast New Territory, the property sits on a land plot of 5,163.5 square feet and offers a total gross floor area of approximately 25,748 sq. ft., marketing agent Colliers said.

The building is located two MTR stops from Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau and a five-minute drive from Fanling Station, making it a preferred location for Mainland enterprises to establish R&D centres, production lines, and international offices in Hong Kong, it added.

The agent also said that the Fanling building features a floor-to-floor height of 4.7 metres on the ground floor and 4.03 metres on upper floors, and offers naming and signage rights.

The guide price translates to approximately $3,884 per sq. ft. on the total floor area.
