Developed entirely in-house by the Company's Digital & IT Department, SPROPS AI Platform provides a secure and scalable foundation for enterprise-wide AI adoption. By unifying centralised knowledge, department-specific AI assistants, automated workflows, and business system integrations within a single platform, it reduces manual effort, improves information accessibility, and streamlines day-to-day operations.

One of the key use cases of SPROPS AI Platform is in Property Management. AI analyses inspection data to identify risks, trends, and follow-up actions, with a target of reducing review time by 40%. It also enables instant access to technical references, inspection records, and internal documentation, significantly accelerating decision-making and improving operational productivity.

Beyond operational support, the platform offers AI-powered productivity tools such as document translation, image creation, and voice-enabled assistance, delivering productivity and efficiency gains of up to 80%. By helping staff generate content, summarise information, and retrieve knowledge within minutes, it reduces time spent on manual tasks whilst maintaining human review, governance, and quality control.
