The solution addresses a persistent industry challenge in Hong Kong, where Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) information remains fragmented across multiple employers, trustees, and historical statements. This complexity often leads to time-consuming explanations, inconsistent service experiences, and reduced customer confidence during live advisory sessions.

Rather than digitising existing back-office processes, Prudential introduced a new engagement model designed for frontline use. The TotalView MPF Review Service enables agents to convert screenshots from eMPF into a single, consolidated visual summary within minutes. This shift turns document-heavy explanations into guided, visual conversations, reducing preparation effort whilst boosting agent professionalism and confidence.

The service incorporates a governance-by-design approach to ensure long-term sustainability in a regulated environment. It operates on an advice-neutral, consent-driven framework with controlled usage, embedding risk and compliance requirements directly into the digital workflow.
