These projects have become the cornerstone of the company's digital transformation journey.

Real estate investor and asset manager Link Asset Management Limited (Link) took home the Analytics - Real Estate category win at the coveted HKB Technology Excellence Awards 2024 for raising its company profile with several groundbreaking solutions that have improved customer satisfaction and financial returns.

Amongst the projects launched are the streamlining of the car parking process, consolidating key data sources for data analytics, and developing a predictive analytics model to forecast tenant needs to proactively strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth.

The company’s IT and Car Park teams have collaborated to implement a new License Plate Recognition Artificial Intelligence (AI) camera system, which has optimised entry time by an impressive 3 folds with more than 99.5% accuracy.

This agile project has covered 500 gates spanning 240 car parks and two control centres, integrated with the company’s backend system and introduced advanced technology within a record-breaking 14-month period.
