Crawford Hong Kong honoured at HKB Management Excellence Awards

Insurance claims service provider Crawford Hong Kong bagged the Team of the Year - General Insurance title win at the esteemed HKB Management Excellence Awards for its successful initiatives that contributed to its 200% business growth recorded in the past several months.
Amongst the facets that the company strengthened is talent retention. Crawford Hong Kong was able to foster a positive culture for employees. They also established accountability amongst team members by setting a key performance index, enabling the team to see and gauge the results of their hard work.
Moreover, the company offered and invested in talent development programmes such as the award-winning GTS Accreditation Programme, which is designed to build on bench strength, recognise individuals based on their technical skills, and expand the talent pool.
Crawford Hong Kong also focused on what customers needed by forming new teams with specialised expertise and appointing senior leaders with extensive technical capabilities. This strategy led to consistency and a faster resolution of claims.
Lastly, the company modernised its process to shift from traditional claims to offering a wider range of services. One example of this is the implementation of a triage system, sorting the claims depending on the urgency to resolve cases quickly and efficiently. As part of this process, the team assisted clients by providing customised data and analytics for better portfolio insights.
