CCSC’s systems provides value-added manufacturing services to customers. 

As digitalisation of services become more rampant today, the speed at which these services are provided are becoming more sought after. Most customers are also aiming for services being delivered through a one-stop solution.

CCSC Interconnect Technology is well-equipped to deliver just that, and face all the challenges that come with such a goal. It currently uses SAP, one of the most famous enterprise resource planning (ERP) service companies in the world. This technology helps CCSC collect and manage data from different departments.

Office automation is also equipped on top of SAP, so it can run all its applications whenever, wherever.

It has also different management modules to help its management team, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for sales, Total Oriented Problem Solving (TOPS) for quality, Master Plan Schedule (MPS) for PMC, Project Management System (PMS) for engineering, as well as Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for production.

These modules will generate different data, and compare it with history to give management a direction to make important decisions.

Such capabilities also helped CCSC build up confidence in front of customers, especially in the past years where the manufacturing industry faced a lot of challenges such as geopolitical conflicts, inflations, and the public health crisis.

These allowed the company to communicate with its customers to show support and work out a win-win plan for both parties. The evidence data acted as a support during the communication and made it easier for customers to finalise a decision, ultimately minimising risks for both parties.

Such undertakings led to CCSC’s revenue increasing roughly by 20% in the past year, showing the effectiveness of its operational infrastructure.
