Compass Group Hong Kong revolutionises recipe creation and management through digital solution

Driven by the desire to increase efficiency and reduce waste, food & beverage services company Compass Group implemented a recipe management solution that provides carbon emissions information for each dish to allow businesses to reduce carbon footprint.

By tracking the ingredients used in each recipe, the solution can provide customers with an estimate of the greenhouse gas emissions associated with each dish. This information can be used to make informed decisions about which recipes to keep on the menu and which ones to replace.

Moreover, the recipe management solution allows organisations to easily track the nutritional information of each dish, including calories, fat, protein, and carbohydrates. It also provides an allergens management feature that can help identify and manage allergens in each dish. This can be especially important for customers with food allergies or sensitivities.
