Wing Tai Properties narrows net loss to $1.69b in 2025
It improved from a net loss of $2.58b in 2024 with final dividend set at 4 cents per share.
Wing Tai Properties Limited posted a net loss attributable to shareholders of $1.69b for 2025, compared with a $2.58b loss in 2024, whilst basic loss per share was $1.26, narrowing from $1.89 the previous year, according to the company’s announcement to the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX)
Revenue for 2025 was $968.8m, slightly below $1.03b in 2024, amidst weaker property sales. Non‑cash net valuation losses were $1.84b, improving from $2.65b a year earlier, reflecting ongoing pressure on office property valuations.
On a core earnings per share basis, which excludes non‑cash valuation effects, the company earned $0.09 per share, compared with $0.07 in 2024.
The board proposed a final dividend of 4.0 cents per share, bringing total 2025 dividends to 7.0 cents per share, unchanged from the previous year.
