Cathay Pacific launches direct flights to Ningbo

Direct flights will operate four times a week.

Cathay Pacific will launch direct flights between Hong Kong and Ningbo starting 1 August, with four weekly return flights with its two-class Airbus A321neo aircraft.

Flight CX956 is scheduled to operate on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, departing Hong Kong at 11:00 am and arriving in Ningbo at 1:20 pm. The return flight, CX955, will depart Ningbo at 2:30 pm and arrive back in Hong Kong at 4:50 pm.

The new service also complements daily flights operated by HK Express to the city. Together, the two airlines are offering up to 226 weekly round-trip flights to 19 destinations in Mainland China this summer.

This year, Cathay Pacific added Chennai, Colombo, and Barcelona to its global network, with Riyadh launching on 28 October, and seasonal service to Cairns resuming on 17 December. HK Express also added flights to Beijing (Daxing), Bangkok (Don Mueang), Sanya, and Clark.
