NWD taps Visa to enhance loyalty rewards under the K Dollar Program

Customers can now instantly earn loyalty rewards through the K11 HK app.

New World Developments (NWD) has partnered with Visa to enable an instant loyalty rewards experience for its K Dollar Program.

Under the enhanced K Dollar Program, Visa customers no longer have to queue up at the concierge, upload receipts, or scan the QR codes on their receipts to receive their loyalty rewards.

Customers can now simply link their Visa card to the K11 HK app which will allow them to automatically earn K Dollar when they spend at over 1,000 K Dollar outlets in Hong Kong, including K11 MUSEA, K11 Art Mall, and the soon-to-open “retailtainment” landmark 11 SKIES.

The collaboration is part of NWD and Visa’s multi-year strategic partnership to enhance cross-border customer experiences in the GBA as announced last year.

According to a Visa study, about 60% of Hong Kong customers are eager to maximise their loyalty rewards. Loyalty programs, including e-commerce memberships, card payment brands, and hotel groups, rank amongst the favourites for customers in Hong Kong.

Visa will run a special promotion until 31 March. Customers who connect their Visa cards to the K11 HK app will earn 20 K Dollars upon their first purchase of $50 or above.
