Autumn sourcing season in Hong Kong kicks off this month

In a release, the organizers behind Hong Kong's Mega Show announced that it is ready to kick off this October.

Mega Show Part 1 is the most important sourcing show in Hong Kong this month with over 4784 booths of export-ready Asian suppliers presenting the very best and newest in gifts, housewares, toys, premiums, stationery, glassware trends, gift wrap and packaging and festive products to an expected audience of over 46,000 buyers.

Mega Show Part 1 is open from Sunday 20 to Wednesday 23 OCTOBER and the trade only show will take place at the downtown Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, 1 Expo Drive, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

Mega Show Part 1 will present 7 major products sectors. GO GREEN, the special focus on eco-friendly products, is a highlight and has increased to over 500 companies, responding to consumer demand.

Eleven group pavilions are also on show from different countries.

Products from 37 countries and regions will be on display plus over 1150 companies are new exhibitors this season.

In response to demand, more and more international based design-led manufacturers are now participating in MEGA SHOW to sell their ranges globally as well as take advantage of the show to expand their customer base in the rising economies of Asia.

From 2014 a further increase in the participation of European and American companies is expected.

With its 22 year history, Mega Show Part 1 is an established buying and selling platform and regarded as a key trade show in the important Southern China sourcing circuit with the most comprehensive selection of well-priced products, designed and produced in Asia and sold world-wide.
