Three new Sha Tin Heights homes go on public sale

The properties sit in the Sha Tin Heights section of Tai Po Road in a green hillside setting.

Three newly built detached houses at 8513, 8515, and 8517 Tai Po Road – Sha Tin Heights have been put up for public sale, according to its sole marketing agent CBRE.

The two-storey homes offer saleable areas of about 2,972 sq ft, 3,273 sq ft, and 3,597 sq ft, measured in accordance with the ordinance.

The properties sit in the Sha Tin Heights section of Tai Po Road in a green hillside setting, roughly an eight-minute drive from Tai Wai and about eleven minutes from Lai Chi Kok.

Layouts start from four bedrooms with two en-suites and include private pools and gardens. Other features include floor-to-floor heights of up to 4.15 metres, floor-to-ceiling doors leading to the pool, expansive windows, and rooftop terraces that extend the indoor space outdoors.
