Sun Hung Kai Properties unveils Lake Genève new show house

It's the only lakeside villa project in Suzhou.

According to a statement, Sun Hung Kai Properties’ (SHKP) Lake Genève by Jinji Lake in Suzhou will be the only lakeside villa project in the area. Its show house has been well received since its opening and the developer recently opened a new show house of unit A by world-renowned designers that accentuates grandeur of a lakeside mansion.

The show house of unit A is decorated in a palette of beige and dark brown with premium construction materials including Brown Galaxy and ebony wood with gloss piano finish, constituting an elegant and exquisite layout in modern, luxury style. It exemplifies the residents’ discerning taste.

Full-length windows in the living and dining rooms let in natural light and picturesque garden view. The Brown Galaxy flooring and Ariston and St. Lauren skirting create spectacular visual effects. The elegant furniture in the centre of the living room and a dark brown carpet bring warmth to every corner. An extra-high ceiling and crystal chandelier add grandeur to the living room. Dining table made of ebony wood with gloss piano finish and genuine leather chairs, along with tinted glass chandelier create a pleasant dining environment.

Fuchsia carpet and stainless-steel bookshelves covered with leather offer a comfortable study room on the second floor.
