Sun Hung Kai Properties unit buys Sha Tin site for $606m

It has a 50-year land grant.

Sun Hung Kai Properties subsidiary Forum Pacific has bought the Sha Tin residential site for $606m with a 50-year land grant.

The site, located at Lot No. 651 at Mei Tin Road in Tai Wai, has an area of about 3,600 square meters (sq. m.) and is designated for private residential purposes.

The site's minimum and maximum gross floor area are 10,800 sq. m. and 18,000 sq. m., respectively.
