Residential site at 93 & 95 Hau Wong Road on sale via tender

The tender will close on 18 March.

Colliers and CBRE announced the sale of 93 & 95 Hau Wong Road, Kowloon City via public tender.

Spanning approximately 3,042 sq ft, the site is planned for residential redevelopment with a maximum plot ratio of 9, allowing for a total gross floor area of up to 27,378 sq ft.

The market’s estimation on the project is approximately $195m, with an accommodation value of $7,123 per sq ft.

The site has completed leveling work and is ready for immediate development, potentially suitable for a boutique mixed-use residential project.

It is situated near schools, public transport such as the Sung Wong Toi MTR Station of Tuen Ma Line, and lifestyle areas such as Kowloon City Plaza and the Kai Tak Development Area. 

In addition, the Nga Tsin Wai Road / Carpenter Road Development Scheme [KC-017] project by the Urban Renewal Authority (URA), which will include a new government complex and an indoor public market will also rise near the site.

The tender will close on Tuesday, 18 March at 12:00 noon.
