Property sales soar 97.1% MoM in March

March transactions posted a total consideration of $83.9b.

Hong Kong recorded 9,880 transactions for all building units received for registration in April, up 97.1% MoM and 71.7% YoY.

The transactions posted a total consideration of $83.9b, increasing 124.6% MoM and 31.7% YoY.
 
Of the transactions, 8,551 were residential units, reflecting a 115.3% increase MoM and 86.6% YoY, with a total consideration of $77.5b, up 157.7% MoM and 47.9% YoY.

The government received 391,628 land register searches in April.
