Primary residential market sales fall to a six-month low
Only 742 units were sold in August.
Despite intensified competition in the primary market, transaction volume fell to a six-month low.
In August, JLL said 742 units in the primary market were sold, but 7,600 residential units received pre-sale consent in July and August.
Despite a decline in the primary market, the overall transaction volume of the residential market still rose in August, increasing by 5.9% MoM.
