Lands Department issues 3,872 residential units for pre-sale in Q4

It issued 11 consents for developments that may be completed in 2026 and 2027.

The Lands Department announced that 11 pre-sale consents for residential developments involving 3,872 units were issued in the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2025.

These include one site in Tai Kok Tsui with 122 units, one in Fanling with 90 units, and one phase of a development in Tai Po with 727 units, the department said.

These developments are expected to be completed in 2026, it added.

Other developments include two phases in To Kwa Wan (648 units), Wong Chuk Hang (617 units), and Kwu Tung (781 units), and one development in Yuen Long (112 units) and the phase of a development in Tai Po (775 units). These are expected to be completed in 2027.

The department also issued six consents to assign in Q4, involving a total of 2,524 residential units in two phases of a Tai Po development in Tai Po and two phased developments in Tseung Kwan O and Kai Tak, respectively.

One commercial unit in Tin Shui Wai and the hotel of a phased development in Lantau Island have also been issued consents, the department said.

Taking into account the pre-sale consents issued in the first three quarters of 2025, it issued a total of 23 pre-sale consents for residential developments with 10,845 units in the year, it added

As of 31 December 2025, it said that 23 applications for pre-sale consent for residential developments involving 6,856 units were being processed.
