Land Dep't distributes ten pre-sale consents in Q1

Eight were for 4,301 residential units.

The Hong Kong Lands Department issued ten pre-sale consents for land developments in the first quarter of 2023.

Eight pre-sale consents were for seven residential developments involving 4,301 residential units, including 335 units in Yuen Long, set to complete this year; 2,780 units in Yuen Long, Kai Tak, Tuen Mun, and Kwun Tong in 2024; and 916 units in Kai Tak and Ho Man Tin in 2025.

The remaining two pre-sale consents were for non-residential developments.

Last month, 42 applications for pre-sale consent for 18,699 residential units and four applications for non-residential units were processed.
