Hong Kong developers sold 587 units over the weekend

However, there's a catch.

According to Barclays, there’s good news and bad news.

On the positive side, developers sold 587 units over the weekend, marking two straight weeks where sales have
topped 500 units.

Here's more from Barclays:

On the negative side, with buyers spoilt with a wealth of new offerings, many new projects only saw lacklustre sales despite pricing that is below secondary levels.

With demand starting to show signs of fatigue, developers will have to try a different strategy if they hope to maintain strong sales over the holidays, in our view.
