According to Barclays, HKET said that developers increased weekend sales by 199 units to 430 units over the past weekend.

Among the three new launches, Henderson Land and NWD’s Double Cove, Starview in Ma On Shan recorded the highest
sales at 173 units (total project 865 units).

Here's more from Barclays:

At Cheung Kong’s The Diva in Tin Hau, including the 23 units sold on Friday, it managed to sell 34 units of the total development’s 118 units.

At Kerry’s The Summa in The Western District, it managed to sell 32 units of the development’s 138 units. Other notable sales include 203 units at SHKP’s Century Gateway II, which took the accumulated sales to 880 units, or 96% of the total 911 units with sales proceeds of some HK$5bn.

Looking ahead, with only around 30 units left at Century Gateway II, SHKP is now readying the re-launch of its 780-unit Riva in Yuen Long.

Other upcoming launches should include the re-launch of Swire Properties’ Dunbar Place (53 units) in Homantin, Cheung Kong’s Mont Vest project (1,350 units) in Tai Po, City Point (1,717 units) in Tsuen Wan, and Hemera (1,648 units) – the third phase at Lohas Park in Tseung Kwan O – as well as Sino/Hopewell’s The Avenue I (179 units) in Wanchai.
