Home prices up a measly 0.1% to 118.58

Prices in three regions fell.

According to Nomura, home prices rose slightly by 0.1% w-w to 118.58. The CCL Index’s YTD gain remained at 2.4% and the index is still 4.2% below its intra-year peak of 123.66.

Across the regions, HK Island prices rose by 0.9% while the other three regions continued to fall. NT West dropped the most at -1.1% w-w, while NT East (-0.1% w-w) and Kowloon (-0.1% ww) were down marginally.
