The Housing Authority will open applications for the White Form Secondary Market Scheme 2024 (WSM 2024) from 8 a.m. on 7 March, until 7 p.m. on 26 March.

This year, the scheme will see a significant increase in its quota, rising by 1,500 to a total of 6,000, the authority confirmed.

The additional quota will be allocated under the Youth Scheme (WSM) for applicants under the age of 40, with 1,350 quotas set aside for young family applicants and 150 for young one-person applicants.

The limits are set at $60,000 per month and $1.23m in assets for family applicants, while one-person applicants must meet the limits of $30,000 per month and $615,000 in assets.
