Gov’t awards tender for two light public housing projects

Both projects are set to be completed in Q4 2025.

The government has awarded two operation and management contracts for the Light Public Housing (LPH) projects at Tsing Fuk Lane in Tuen Mun and Olympic Avenue in Kai Tak.

The Tsing Fuk Lane project has been awarded to a joint venture formed by Easy Living Consultant and Yan Oi Tong for $143m. The project will provide approximately 1,900 units.

Meanwhile, the Olympic Avenue Phase 1 project, which will provide approximately 3,000 units, has been awarded to a joint venture formed by Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, Kowloon, and Wellpoint Property Management Services for $139m.

Both projects are expected to be completed in Q4 2025.
