A fully furnished penthouse duplex at Verano in Repulse Bay has been sold for $321.76m, leaving five units on the first to 11th floors still available for sale, The Development Studio announced.
Each available duplex residence has a saleable area of 3,957 sq ft and will continue to be offered by tender.
Meanwhile, the residence, spanning the 12th and 13th penthouse floors, was sold by tender at $80,000 per sq ft of saleable area.
The penthouse duplex has a saleable area of 4,022 sq ft and a private rooftop terrace of 1,199 sq ft.
